When choosing a business to work with, it is always important to do your research in order to make an informed decision. Today, this is especially true, as there are countless companies competing for our business and trying to convince us that they offer the best products and services.
Omg! I don’t even want to give one star, it should be no star. Yes, it is really that bad. What happened to the restaurant. Appears they have changed hands again! The standard has dropped 100-fold. It is the most horrible dining experience ever. The sashimi did not even come after 45 mins and we have to cancel the order. No one bothered to come and update us. We have to ask about 4 times and still no food came! The restaurant was not even packed with people. All the waitresses were hovering around the back instead of serving food, topping drinks etc. The sushi was so badly done that it is a complete disgrace to the Japanese cuisine. See the photo for proof. Obviously, they did not have the correct chef. We are still trying to recover from this aweful experience. One thing for sure, they have just lost a long term customer!
Best clock shop to go to!
Every time we go we always buy such beautiful quality items
Literally the best fettuccine carbonara I’ve ever had. So delicious and nice big size. Garlic bread was so soft and fresh! The man at the counter/on the phone was so genuine and nice. 10/10 would come back again
We bought a new vehicle through QFord and the experience was first class. Right from the get-go James was fantastic and knowledgeable. Our trade-in and finance was sorted in no time and the vehicle hand-over was smooth. Definitely recommended.
Was heartbroken by all the birds and reptiles kept in small cages.yes they are beautiful, it doesn't mean they should be displayed for people's entertainment! If you do love Aussie wildlife, just don't go there.
Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't the best. Two of the top blankets had a strong "sweaty man" smell. My wife approached the staff and asked for fresh blankets or free laundry detergent so we could wash them. They gave us laundry detergent. There were toenail clippings all over the balcony. Our particular apartment had a strong curry smell to it. One of the pictures hanging on the wall had brown water stain marks. Some of the glasses and bowls were dirty (but that is supposed to be the previous guests responsibility to clean). The oven did not work, however we informed reception and they had someone come and fix it. The kids gaming room was situated in the carpark basement which we didn't expect and we personally didn't think that was a suitable place for it due to the lack of air flow and being dark and isolated. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, it was only the living room and the fan provided was very weak.
On a positive note, the resort was in a convenient and great location, the gardens on the grounds were nicely kept and the pool was clean. The pillows were comfortable and the apartment had lots of cutlery, bowls, cooking utensils and a large fridge.
Overall, the place is older and naturally is run down a little, however,
if the cleanliness improves, this would be a good budget accommodation for those looking for something basic.
Great party function room upstairs. They decorated w balloon s and candles for a friends 60th. They also had a generous flow of food happening.
With memories of a quiet cold beer on a hot day dashed as no dogs allowed. Means I will spend my money elsewhere.
Used to use them for all my dog products. Now they are the most expensive on line store. There are far cheaper places to purchase that are just as quick and offer free shipping.
To be standing at counter ready to pay and the young girl says just wait a minute and goes to answer phone in bottle shop is the height of customer rudeness. If the phone needs to be answered have two people at the counter otherwise let the phone ring back. Very rude customer service whitey
