Last Drop Elizabethan Reviews [2022]
42When choosing a business to work with, it is always important to do your research in order to make an informed decision. Today, this is especially true, as there are countless companies competing for our business and trying to convince us that they offer the best products and services.
Very different sort of place. Lots of old world English character, many different seating options inside and out (with lovely trees and gardens for shade). Had a steak Sanga with chips (shared) and was plenty.
Gorgeous family run venue, not many left like this in WA. Exceptional beers and always greeted with a smile by Emily and the team!
Over crowded with service that made us leave and eat elsewhere rather than die of thirst an lack of nutrition.
Can't fault this very "English style" pub. All the character you could wish for plus fantastic open grounds outside to sit and sip in the shade of huge Moreton Bay Fig trees. Always a good selection of boutique beers and great food served by very friendly approachable staff. Well worth the drive.
Great food had Guinness pie and chip a can go wrong with this choose it's a humdingercobba
Great service, nice piano playing in the lounge area, the food was not on par my wife's dish was very well presented and cooked to perfection, barramundi on a bed of crisp veg and potato made.
The beef pie and salad was a bit ordinary very salty gravy good size but was the only let down, will visit again and open to try other menu options.
Food is so yummy and comes out fast on nights that arent busy! Salt and pepper squid is definitely my favourite for sure.
Some of the staff however are extremely rude, would not hurt to put on a smile and use some courtesy to your customers - been here twice and had the same unpleasant customer service experience from some of the staff.
I got the Beef & Beer Pie and it was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful, will definitely be back!
Great Saturday evening date night. Very busy - we were lucky to get a table. Lovely fire, wonderful relaxed yet homely atmosphere. Delicious food and drink. Not too loud, plenty of quirky coasters to spot around the restaurant/bar.
Expensive food. Good beer though
Booking rules are a bit strict, all in all it's ok but not amazing.
Haven’t been here for years since it changed hands as food wasn’t the best and atmosphere had gone.
Very busy again today which was good to see and still had some of the favourite brewed ales to be had but loved the new ginger beer.
Good basic delicious food for a pub.
Great to see it doing well again.
We will be back!
Interesting Elizabethan style Pub. Great food (big, generous serves) and selection of drinks. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Glad we went for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon. We had made a 5pm booking and by 6pm the place was full and vey busy! Will return to try something else on the menu and may be a lunch time session.
To be honest the beer pie i received was a beef stew filling so using a fork to eat with was a waste of time flavours were questionable with way too much salt. The other meals we ordered were also dry and over cooked it was such a pity pointless complaining because it seems this is a common problem in Western Australia
Had a staff member tell us we couldn't eat our bag of crisps bought from outside after I spent over 500 dollars on meals and drinks. Staff not that friendly anymore, shame was a good place been going there for years, I think the Covid did some damage to their attitudes. Don't recommend.
Delightful, Restful, Relaxed dining in the picturesque Roleystone hills.
Meals budget conscious across the menu.
We lingered longer with friends from afar- as we were. Thank you for a pleasant, relaxed, lunchtime experience.
Went with a group of friends for lunch. Service is just like most pubs you go to the till, place the order pay and sit and they will serve you your drinks and food. The food was good, typical pub menu but the food was tasty, hence in the pub categories 4 stars. Some staff behind the bar counter need to smile, we are in hospitality. Acknowledge guests when they enter. Most of the staff were friendly.
Beautiful grounds and gardens, excellent food and service, great beer. A hidden gem in this day and age.
Always seems to be issues here, slow on food delivery. Maybe Staffing problems and last visit the power went out.
Ooooomg the Turkish bread with bacon dip is to die for. Our new favourite spot! Must try the Bock too it's delicious
Good and well cooked food that was filling. Quaint Elizabethean decor and architecture. Plenty of parking and ease of access for those less able. Fair pricing and quick service. The carpeted areas looked like they had given much service.
