Always out of stock, unhelpful and incompetent staff. Unfortunately Bunnings have driven pretty much every other hardware store out of business, so we just have to deal with it.

Best bunnings in Darwin.but why they don't have a RFDS charity can for a my coins bunnings get a RFDS coin can for everyone's change they don't want

For a superstore it is very understocked. The website states things are in store and rarely are.
We live rural and check the website before driving in.
This has proved to be useless with this store, we normally need to drive to the Darwin store to get what we need.

Honestly, it's Bunnings, so it's already great. Undercover parking, nice wide aisles and well lit.

None of the workers knew anything, none of them were willing to help me and I ended up leaving without the product I needed because I wasn't sure and didn't receive any help at all.

Got everything I needed and the staff are very helpful. Especially Jason in click and collect service.

Bunnings Palmerston was awesome. Usually I spend a while tracking someone down. But today was different. Got paint mixed by Kirsty at the paint shop. Great talking to her, very easy to talk to and very friendly. And Declan was great, again very easy to talk to and friendly. If all your team members could be like this that would greatly help your store.

New store in Palmerston is easy to access undercover parking good size car parks friendly happy staff and although I have had to return faulty items with receipts provided it was hassle free.

What can you say about it that's not already on the for front of everyone's mind.
It's bunnings, they got pretty much everything you need.
Staff generally know what their areas are about and if they don't they will get someone who is knowledgeable about what you need.
Plenty of parking.
Always greeted by staff.
If they had a small IGA or something in the store there would be no need to shop anywhere else.

Newer than the Darwin store and better layout, easier to park/load your vehicle/trailer all the usual products and then some

The door staff are great, the floor staff are great.
The staff are knowledgeable, and know where to find everything, and what to do with it!
My suggestion, would be more people on registers to get customers out faster.
Great store, stocked well, and never a hassle to pop in for a big shop, or a small shop!

Great experience at Bunnings. The product I was after was not available, so they gave me a similar product at a discounted price

Burnings palmerston has everything for everyone, kids included with a cafe and playground.

Dreadful - couldn't get through the aisles as all blocked with pallets and stock

Had a lovely young gentleman that helped me. Very hard to find a park for my motorhome. Be great when the new one is built, should b plenty if room then.

Bunnings seem to only supply cheap rubbish brands these days. If you want to but anything that even resembles a quality product don't bother going to Bunnings.
