The World Fisheries Congress 2021 (WFC2021) is accessible to delegates attending online and in-person.
Online Delegates can access the World Fisheries Congress via the Congress platform, “OnAir” to view Livestream, On-Demand presentations. All presentations will be made available via On-Demand, including those listed in the ‘In-Person’ program.
In-Person Delegates can access the Congress’ digital integrations via the WFC2021 App and the “OnAir” platform.
The World Fisheries Congress 2021 offers three types of assemblies to maximise capacities for delegate engagement and access preferences for all delegates world-wide.
Up to 5 12-minute presentations followed by 30-60-minute Q&A sessions to discuss and debate key topics and issues facing the global fisheries community.
Access for Online Delegates: Via the “OnAIR” Congress Platform, including a Q&A discussion panel that facilitates question submissions to the panellists.
Access for In-Person Delegates: Attend in-person at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Questions submitted to panellists via the WFC2021 App (instead of raising a hand.)
Access to all presentations, including the Opening Address, plenary speeches, Livestreamed Sessions and presentations listed in the in-person program as pre-recorded videos. Program and poster presentations will be made available one week prior to the Congress week and remain available six-months post the Congress. Each On-Demand presentation has its unique written discussion forum.

Consisting of 10-12-minute talks followed by 3-5-minutes question time. In-Person sessions will not be streamed via Livestreamed, however pre-recorded talks will be available via the “OnAir” congress forum.
